Bulldog Gear Home Gym Adjustable Bench is a durable multi-purpose bench, a staple for any serious home gym. With a considerably higher weight capacity than the Home Gym zero fold flat bench but lighter than other models in our range designed to withstand heavier commercial use.

This Home gym weight lifting bench is highly versatile, use as a flat bench, incline or decline bench. The bench features a linear bearing and pull-pin adjustment mechanism, eliminating any gap between the seat pad and back pads in all positions. The bench is full adjustable to suit a huge range of uses and athletes with the option of 7 angular adjustments on the back pad and 5 on the seat pad.
