The Bulldog Gear Swiss Bar is designed to help reduce stress on the wrists and shoulders during press movements, as well as strengthening the triceps for better lockouts. 

The bar weighs 28.5kg, has a loadable sleeve length of 39cm and is 213cm in total length. 

It comes in a durable hard chrome finish with 4 sets of 28mm knurled handles;

• 2 x vertical neutral grip
• 2 x angled grip

These handles enable athletes to switch freely from a closed grip (Triceps focused) to a wide grip (Pectoral focused).

This Swiss Bar is fully rackable on standard power racks and compatible with Olympic plates unlike others on the market.
