Palm guards feature quick release velcro buckles and durable triple stitching providing support and stability during a workout without rubbing. High rep ranges of pull-ups, chest to bar, muscle ups, toes to bar, knees to elbow, can take a huge toll on your palms without a bit of extra protection.
Palm Guards are also a great tool to utilise during high rep or heavy weight Olympic lifting.
